• Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, all cleaners carry £2m public liability insurance for just £100 excess

• Do your cleaners use Bleach?

No, for Health & Safety reasons we do not allow our cleaners to use bleach

• What happens if the cleaner doesn’t turn up?

Our cleaners are very reliable and will let you know their holidays, etc. If they can’t make it, ring us immediately and we will arrange another cleaner to attend as soon as possible

• Do I get the same cleaner every week?

Yes, our cleaners prefer to get to know their clients and clean the same houses.

• Do you do one-off jobs (Christmas for example) or spring cleaning?

Yes we do – our services are not only competitive but also very flexible.

• How much do you charge?

Our service costs vary, contact us for pricing!  – Its CHEAPER for more hours!!
